M51 CBX

M51 bimetal blade with 10% cobalt with higher toughness of the teeth than an M42 blade combined with a longer life of the cutting edge at higher temperatures. It therefore resists higher cutting pressures ensuring accuracy and faster cutting times than an M42 blade. To be used preferably with rigid column machines to make the most of its high productivity characteristics. M51 PLUS

Blade with cutting edge in powder steel with cutting edge hardness similar to M51 blades but with different mechanical characteristics. To be used preferably with rigid column machines to better point out its high productivity characteristics. Suitable for cutting solid alloy steels in medium-large sections such as stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium, special hard bronzes, thick pipes.

REINFORCED TOOTH (PRO)

M51 CBX PRO

Bimetal blade M51 with PRO reinforced tooth geometry to ensure in a single blade the toughness of M51 cutting edge with maximum resilience and duration of the PRO reinfoced tooth geomtry. In particular is suitable for cutting profiles, beams with high production rate. It can also be used when mixed section must be cut fast. The reinforced profile combined with the characteristics of the M51 tooth make the cost per single cut cheaper granting high feed rates to minimize cutting times and increase productivity.

The high quality of our M51 blades is further increased in terms of cutting performance thanks to a special sharpening of the teeth with the creation of a straight trapezoidal tooth that allows better control of chip formation and to increase both cutting performance and cutting edge life. The innovative tooth geometry allows for faster cuts and greater blade stiffness under high cutting pressures. The ground tooth and the special rake angle of the tooth then allow greater cutting precision, better finish and less tooth wear. Suitable for cutting high-alloy solid materials of large sections.
