A good cut can not be separated from an excellent cutting fluid. We have selected a range of oils that enhance the quality of our products: Emulsion oils both for cutting steel and specific for non-ferrous alloys, or oils for minimal lubrication systems.

EMULSION OIL FOR STEEL

MIXOL

Emulsion oil particularly suitable for use on band sawing machines. If diluted with the correct percentage, it increases the duration of the blade body from 10 to 30%, decreasing the formation of cracks, ensuring also an excellent finish of the piece. It also prevents rust on machine parts thanks to its anti-corrosive properties. It has a high antibacterial power that reduces the possibility of unpleasant smell and allows to obtain milky emulsions of excellent stability over time. Free from formaldehyde donors, in compliance with current regulations.

EMULSION OIL FOR NON-FERROUS STEELS

ALUCUT SBV

Emulsion oil especially suitable for use on bandsawing machines. It increases the duration of the blade from 10 to 30%, decreasing the formation of cracks. It also contains anti-corrosive properties. It has a high antibacterial power that reduces the possibility of unpleasant odors. Free from formaldehyde donors, in compliance with current regulations.

MINIMAL LUBRIFICATION OIL - MICROSPRAY

MICROL

Oil for minimal lubrication particularly suitable for use on band saws or Circular saws machines equipped with a misting system for use on steels, non-ferrous alloys. Main features increase the life of the blade body by decreasing the formation of cracks and, at the same time, it performs a cutting lubrication-reducing activity reducing blade edge wear.
Free from formaldehyde donors, in compliance with current regulations.
